Privacy Policy

How the Optimo360 website collects, uses and handles information.

Effective date: 29 October 2026.

This policy explains how CoReCo Technologies handles information collected through the Optimo360 website at https://optimo360.com. It covers website visitors and people who contact us or request a demo. It does not describe how customer data is handled inside an Optimo360 product deployment; that is addressed in the relevant customer agreement.

1. Information we collect

When you contact us or request a demo, we collect your name, business email address and company name. You may also provide a phone number and a message. Please do not include passwords, payment details, identification documents or sensitive personal information in your message.

The website and its hosting systems may record technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requested pages and request times to operate the site, investigate errors and help prevent abuse.

Optional Google Analytics collection is described in section 4.

2. How we use information

We use enquiry information to respond to your request, arrange a demo and continue the related business conversation. Technical information helps us operate, troubleshoot and protect the website. If optional analytics is enabled with your consent, usage information will help us understand which pages and modules interest visitors and improve the website.

We do not sell information submitted through the website. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to an unrelated marketing mailing list.

3. Storage and service providers

Enquiries submitted through our forms are stored in the website's WordPress database. The website is hosted using Amazon Web Services (AWS) in India.

Information may be processed by service providers supporting website hosting and, when configured, enquiry email delivery. Access and use should be limited to providing those services. We may also disclose information where required by law.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google, to understand website traffic after you choose Accept analytics in our cookie notice. If you choose Reject analytics or do not make a choice, this integration does not load. You can continue browsing and contacting us either way.

When you accept, Google Analytics uses cookies and technical information to measure visits, pages viewed, referral sources, browser and device characteristics, approximate location and engagement. Your browser connects to Google and sends information including the page URL and your IP address. Please do not put personal or confidential information into website URLs.

We use Blocksy's consent cookie, blocksy_cookies_consent_accepted, to remember your choice for approximately six months. Google Analytics cookies, including _ga and _ga_DDPR33FFQC, can last up to two years from their creation or most recent update, subject to browser limits. Analytics user and event data retention is configured to two months, without resetting user retention on new activity. This setting does not determine retention of aggregated reports or the lifetime of browser cookies.

To withdraw acceptance, delete this website's cookies using your browser's site-data settings and reload the page, then choose Reject analytics. You may also block cookies through your browser or use the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Blocking or clearing cookies may affect other website preferences.

Read how Google uses information from sites using its services and Google's Privacy Policy. Google may process information outside India. This Analytics setup does not forward the contents of our enquiry forms to Google, and automatic form-interaction and site-search tracking are disabled.

Our website fonts are self-hosted and do not require a Google Fonts request. You can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect some website functions.

5. How long we keep information

We keep demo and contact enquiries and related correspondence while a business discussion is active and for up to 12 months after our last meaningful interaction with you. If there is no further interaction after an enquiry, the 12-month period runs from the date of that enquiry. We then delete the personal information unless it is needed to meet a legal obligation or handle a dispute.

If you become a customer, information needed to provide our services or maintain required business records is handled under the applicable customer agreement and a separate customer-record retention policy. We delete spam enquiries within 30 days.

Technical logs and backup copies are kept for operational and security purposes. Their retention is managed separately from sales enquiries.

6. Your choices and requests

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or ask us to delete it by emailing info@corecotechnologies.com. We may need enough information to verify that a request concerns your own information. If we cannot fulfil a request in full, we will explain why, including any applicable record-keeping requirements.

You may choose not to provide optional fields. We need the required contact details to respond to a form submission. You can reject optional analytics or withdraw acceptance as described in section 4.

7. Security

We use HTTPS for the website. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. If you believe information submitted through this website has been compromised, please contact us using the address below.

8. External links and children

External websites linked from Optimo360 have their own privacy practices. Please review their policies before providing information.

This website is intended for business use by adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly seek personal information from children. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when the website or our data-handling practices change. The effective date above will identify the version in use.
