Department target management across all departments
Management Review holds the targets each department is measured against and the actuals that answer them. KPIs are configured once, targets are set per department, and the dashboard compares target against actual as the month's data arrives. Actions agreed in the review are tracked afterwards, and the minutes stay with the meeting that produced them.
What this module does
The module centralizes department KPI targets with real-time performance dashboards for management review meetings.
KPI master configuration defines what is measured. Department target setting holds the target for each. Monthly data collection brings the actuals in, and the target versus actual dashboard shows the position with traffic-light indicators. Action plans agreed in the review are tracked to completion, review meeting minutes are held against the meeting, and trend analysis charts and executive summary reports show the longer picture.
