Tool / Mould Management keeps the life of a mould in one record. The mould master register holds what you own, the tool life counter tracks shots against it, and the history card carries what has been done to it. Preventive maintenance is scheduled rather than remembered, breakdowns and repairs are logged against the same tool, and commercial assignment records who the tool belongs to.
What this module does
The module tracks mould and tool lifecycle including maintenance history, PM schedules, breakdowns and commercial assignment.
Every mould and tool sits in a master register. Shot count is tracked by the tool life counter, and the mould history card carries the record of what has happened to that tool over its life. The PM scheduler auto-schedules preventive maintenance, and breakdown management and the repair and refurbishment log record unplanned work. The commercial assignment tracker records the tool's commercial position and supports cost allocation. Tool life reports and alerts sit on top of the register.
