Payroll Management runs from attendance through to payslip. Biometric attendance feeds shift and roster data, leave and overtime move through approval in the module, and the computation engine applies the salary structure to produce payslips. PF, ESI and TDS reports are produced from the same payroll run.
What this module does
The module automates attendance tracking, leave approvals and salary computation for accurate and timely payroll.
Attendance arrives from biometric integration and is held against shift and roster data. Leave applications and overtime move through approval in the module. The computation engine applies the salary structure master, payslips are generated, and configured PF, ESI and TDS reports are produced from the same data.
