Inspection Master replaces the paper inspection sheet at every stage. The inspection plan sets what is checked, incoming, in-process and final inspection each record against that plan, and pass or fail follows automatically from the result entered rather than from a judgement made later. Non-conformances and their disposition stay attached to the inspection that raised them.
What this module does
The module replaces paper inspection sheets with digital forms for all inspection stages with automatic pass/fail logic.
The inspection plan master holds what is to be checked. Incoming, in-process and final inspection features record results at each stage against that plan, with measurement plan and control governing what is measured. Automatic pass/fail logic applies the result as it is entered. Where a result fails, a non-conformance report is raised and disposition management records what was decided. Inspection reports and SPC sit on top of the accumulated results.
