Calibration Master
Maintains a centralized calibration register for all measurement instruments with due-date tracking and digital reports.
Instrument list, types, calibration master and report saving
Calibration Master is the register of every measurement instrument in the plant and where each one stands. Instruments are held by category and type, the calibration schedule sets when each is due, and internal and external calibration records are kept against the instrument itself. Certificates are archived digitally, and due-date alerts arrive before an instrument falls out of calibration rather than after.
What this module does
The module maintains a centralized calibration register for all measurement instruments with due-date tracking and digital reports.
Every instrument sits in the master register, classified by category and type. The calibration schedule master holds when each instrument is due. Internal calibration records are entered directly; work sent to an external calibration agency is recorded against the same instrument. Calibration certificates are uploaded and archived, and the due-date alert system flags what is approaching. MSA data and reports sit on top of the register.
