The Four Labour Codes
The Government of India has enacted four labour codes that consolidate 29 central labour laws. They cover wages, industrial relations, occupational safety and social security, with detailed rules and effective dates notified separately.

Automotive quality
IATF 16949 and AIAG Core Tools
IATF 16949 is the automotive-sector quality-management standard used by OEMs to qualify suppliers. AIAG Core Tools include APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Control Plan, MSA and SPC.
Why it matters: customer-specific requirements require these methodologies to be followed and evidenced for audits.
Relevant modules: APQP, PPAP, Inspection, Calibration and Audit Management.
Plastic packaging
EPR plastic traceability
Extended Producer Responsibility rules set recycled-content targets for plastic packaging in India.
Why it matters: the rules are relevant to polymer manufacturers’ packaging and export obligations.
Relevant module: Traceability & Inventory Management.
Investment incentives
Schemes and incentives may support wider investment.
Some Indian government programmes support MSME certification, digitisation and capital investment. MCGS-MSME supports collateral-free loans for plant and machinery investment. A previous ZED subsidy window offered certification support but closed on 31 March 2026.
These are hardware and capital-investment schemes. Optimo360 itself is not scheme-eligible, and current terms should always be checked with the relevant department.
