Laboratory Test Management holds the test plan, the sample and the result in one place. Samples are registered as they arrive, results are entered against the procedure they were tested to, and the certificate is generated from that record rather than retyped. The instruments the results depend on are held with their calibration status, so a due instrument is visible before it is used, not after.
What this module does
The module manages laboratory test plans, results and instrument calibration records in a centralized digital system.
Test plans and procedures sit in a master. Samples are registered, tests are executed and results entered against them. The instrument master holds the laboratory's instruments with their calibration records, and calibration due alerts flag what is coming up. Test certificates are generated from the recorded results, non-conformances are reported where a result requires it, and lab reports and dashboards show the accumulated position.
